The Basics (Getting There)

The event is in Cancun, Mexico at the Dreams Jade resort.

Each package to ‘Darts In Paradise” is $322 per person per night (7 nights minimum/2 people per room), which includes your ticket, your room, your food and beverages. Package pricing is dependent on which package you choose and when you purchase it. Early birds get better prices and better rooms. 

Cancun, Mexico (CUN) is easily reachable non-stop from most cities in North America and many throughout the world. We recommend checking Kayak.com for rates beginning in June, 2024.

No. With so many people coming from so many places and with everyone favoring different airline and seats, we stay away from your flights. We’ll see you on the ground. 

No. But we will happily arrange a ride for you for a nominal fee. Its a short 30-minute ride from the airport to the event.

Yes. A valid passport is required for most international travel these days. However, Mexico does not require a visa for entry for citizens of most countries.

All rates are quoted in USD.

Yea, we will have a local dart supplier on hand for needed supplies.

Not if you would like to attend the event and related festivities. Guest access is limited to those who book directly through ‘Darts In Paradise’.

No. You are responsible for your own transportation costs to and from your home airport. We don’t get involved in flight bookings. But we can provide round-trip ground transportation for a nominal fee of $50 per guest.

Yes, we have teamed up with local tours to offer you daily excursions available for purchase.

Cancun is one of the most convenient beach destinations in the world. As such, there is an endless array of activities within an hour’s drive of the resort. Excursion staff are available to help you make plans early.

Yea, we will have a meet and greet event for everyone to attend.

Cancun is one of the best-known beach locations in the world. It’s known for its stunning white beaches, nature trails, adventure tourism, its  food, and lively nightlife. Cancun offers a mix of relaxation and adventure, attracting tourists of all ages and interests.

Like any tourist destination, it’s important to be aware of your surroundings and take precautions to avoid petty theft. However, Cancun is generally considered safe for tourists, especially in well-lit and populated areas.

Situated on the edge of the Caribbean Sea, Cancun experiences a tropical wet and dry climate. Here, the weather can be characterized by high temperatures and significant rainfall that comes in seasonal patterns.

Throughout the year, there is a clear warming trend in the daytime temperatures, reaching a high of 86°F in the month of June.

Pack light, comfortable clothing for warm weather. Be sure to pack sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a swimsuit, and comfortable shoes. 

The official currency of Mexico is the Peso. However, US dollars are widely accepted in all areas and most credit cards are accepted everywhere.

Citizens of most countries can visit Mexico for up to 90 days without a visa. However, it’s always best to check with your nearest Mexican embassy or consulate for the latest information.

Yes, Cancun can be a great place for families. There are plenty of kid-friendly activities, such as swimming, building sandcastles, and playing in the waves. There are also several family-friendly restaurants and hotels.

Yes, rooms, food and drinks are included in one package.

All deposits are refundable within a window based on when you make the deposit which will be no less than 30 days and, for all guests, before June 1, 2024.

Early Birds will be able to select their rooms one year from the event’s start. So as an Early Bird, you will receive notice of the room types from which you can select ahead of any general public. Your Early Bird deposit will be credited towards your package price. 

All packages are priced the same ($322 per person per night, based upon a 7 nights stay/2 persons per room) at “Darts in Paradise”, which means the rooms are given first to our Early Birds to select and the remainder will be made available to the general public. So Early Birds can pick the best room first without paying additional..

T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon each offer service from Mexico that behaves just like your phone does in the United States, which means you can direct dial and accept phone calls without additional charges. Check with your carrier before you travel.

Yes. It’s just an extra $322 per night for that person. You will be able to add them with your full booking or later if you prefer.

The Event

Yes, shorts and shirt are required(no bathing suits).

This will be long format , starting with best of 9 legs, knockout.

All packages will be sold per person, with double occupancy required.

Yes. We will have a local dart supplier on hand for needed supplies.

We have Main events, and many side evening events for your playing pleasure. These side events will be listed the closer we get to the event date.

No. You have total freedom for which events you want to play. Your package comes with the main events paid for. Side events will be at a minimal fee and at your discretion.

We will have a list set up for those looking to partner with someone for doubles. Keep an eye for those posts as we get closer to the events.

No, you do not have to play the events, your room package comes with everything, regardless if you play or not.

The Resort

You’ll be staying at the Dreams Jade Resort in Cancun, Mexico.  It’s a luxury beach resort approximately 30 minutes from the Cancun. 

there are six ala carte restaurants and four bars including a swim-up pool bar.

All-inclusive means nearly limitles food and beverages throughout your stay. This includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and room service. Alcoholic beverages including cocktails are also part of your package.

Restaurants run at normal operating hours. But food and beverages are available until 2AM each day. 

EVERY ticket sold at ‘Darts in Paradise’ is priced at $322 per person per night, based upon double-occupancy and a 7-night stay.  Rooms are able to be chosen on a firs-come/first-served basis. Specialty suites are available for an extra charge.
