Early Birds receive a number of BIG benefits, such as free tournament entry fees and room selection notice 24-hours earlier than non Early Birds, which means you will have the first opportunity to choose the best room for you… before everyone else.
All rooms are the same price ($322 per person per night based upon 7 nights). So the sooner you choose, the sooner you’ll lock in your perfect room. Please note that room prices are based upon 2 persons per room.
Refundable
Until you select your room, your Early Bird Deposit is 100% refundable for any reason until June 1, 2024.
Fees Waived
Tournament fees are waived for all Early Birds beginning February 3. 2024. That's right. No entry fees for you.
First Choice
Early Birds get first choice in selections for packages and rooms. So if there's a room you've got your heart set-on, you will be at the front of the line.
